Came here for 1 night with my toddler, had a really amazing stay. The staff were really polite and super-friendly, offered perfect services. The location was good and strategic for walking around a cultural museum.

Magnificent central location just next door to the shops and restaurants and pharmacy, central shopping area, and historical centre. The breakfast was varied and above average with muesli and the salted egg, for example and the restaurant food was outstanding.

I loved staying here! The hotel is in a very convenient area with nearby eateries and shopping malls. The staff at the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, especially Amar who went all out to help me enjoy my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also fantastic, and the wi-fi connection was great.

This place is perfect for families looking for a great stay.

The Straits Hotel & Suites provided a comfortable stay for us. The gym and rooftop pool were great amenities. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who promptly addressed our concern about the air conditioning. The breakfast spread was good and had various options to choose from. we recommend this hotel.

Spent 1 night here with my toddler, had a very relaxing stay overall. The breakfasts were varied with the salted egg and the egg station, as example and all the staff was accommodating.

The location seemed exceptionally nice easy to walk about to nearest shopping centre. All staff were fairly friendly and super-friendly, ensured our stay was absolutely amazing! The rooms they offer were beautifully designed and modern with bedroom, dining table and comfortable bed.

This hotel's location is unbeatable - close to all the attractions and local restaurants. The room service is top-notch, everything is always kept clean and tidy. The breakfast spread is great! Especially enjoyed the freshly baked croissants. The view from the hotel room is breathtaking, definitely Instagram-worthy. The leisure facilities including the gym and swimming pool provided us with ample entertainment during our stay. Our favorite part was definitely the rooftop bar, perfect spot to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand.

The hotel's elevator system could use an upgrade.
